Who is responsible
Template Atelier is operated by Viktoria Hidveghy, who decides how your personal data is used (the data controller). For any privacy request, email hidveghyviktoria@gmail.com.
What we collect
Your email address when you join the newsletter, and your email plus order details when you buy a template pack. We also keep basic technical information such as your IP address for security. Payment and card details are handled by our payment provider and never touch our servers.
How we use it
To deliver your purchased templates, send the newsletter you asked for, and keep purchase records for support and accounting. We never sell your data.
Who we share it with
Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, which handles the sale, payment, invoicing and tax compliance; our hosting and email service providers; professional advisers; and authorities where the law requires it. Data is kept only as long as needed for support and accounting, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link in any email, and request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting us.
