Who you're buying from
Template Atelier is operated by Viktoria Hidveghy, who can be reached at hidveghyviktoria@gmail.com. These terms form the agreement between you and Viktoria Hidveghy, trading as Template Atelier.
By buying, downloading, or using the templates — or by continuing to use this website — you accept these terms. If you're buying on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
What you're buying
A license to use a digital Canva template pack. You receive a Canva template link immediately after checkout and by email.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website or the templates. That means you must not:
- use them for anything unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful;
- resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the template files or links as templates, whether free or paid;
- claim authorship of the unedited template designs or remove credit notices;
- attempt to interfere with the website's security, probe or scan it for vulnerabilities, introduce malware, or scrape it systematically;
- send spam through or in connection with the website, or breach any applicable law or third-party right.
Ownership and intellectual property
The template designs, the website, and all related content, branding, and materials are owned by Viktoria Hidveghy and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Buying a template pack grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the templates as described in the License section — it does not transfer ownership of the designs.
If you believe a template infringes your rights, contact us at hidveghyviktoria@gmail.com with details and we will investigate and, where appropriate, remove the infringing material. Repeated infringement may result in license termination.
Service availability and disclaimers
The website and templates are provided "as is" and "as available". While we work hard to keep everything running and accurate, we don't guarantee that the website or template links will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available, and we may change or discontinue features at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties — including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose — are disclaimed. You are responsible for how you use the templates and the content you create with them.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to purchased templates and the website if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay for an order, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate this agreement or our policies. Where practical, we'll warn you first and give you a chance to fix the issue; for serious breaches (such as fraud or the resale of templates) we may act immediately without notice.
Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle — visit paddle.net or contact us and we'll sort it out.
Canva
Template packs are designed to work with a free Canva account. Template Atelier is not affiliated with Canva.
Contact and governing law
